My journey into real estate began back when I was a residential mortgage broker and my wife, Nancy, was a commercial mortgage broker.  One day she looked at me and said "We should sell homes!"  The rest, as they say, is history.  I became known for my negotiating skills while Nancy's unique staging and design attracted national attention in the interior design field.  

One problem I consistently solve for my clients is that I can foresee potential issues that may arise in the escrow and closing period prior to possession of the home. This is the most critical time of the home buying process. I pride myself on the fact that I'm an excellent problem solver, and able to negotiate and facilitate the closing transaction accurately. Additionally, I consider myself an expert in the contract negotiation process. This requires me to have excellent communication and people skills. 

What excites me most about real estate is simply the joy and satisfaction of helping clients find their perfect home.  I help my clients buy, sell and build homes all over the Omaha metro area.  I love meeting new people and receiving referrals from my clients.  I enjoy golfing and socializing with many past employees, employers and customers. To me that says a lot. I have always tried to treat everyone I work with the way I would like to be treated. That's really important to me. I truly appreciate all of my clients.

The biggest proof that I'm good at what I do is my consistent record of top sales volume over nearly 18 years.  I've done over 650 residential home transactions in my career totaling over $150 million dollars in real estate.  But above all, my many referrals from past clients is the most humbling proof that this is the profession for me.

Real estate aside, I've been married for almost 18 years.  Together, Nancy and I have five children and three grandchildren.  We love traveling to Napa Valley, drinking wine, eating good food, and spending time with family and friends.

We have bought and sold homes from 100k to 2.3 million so I would say we are well versed in all price ranges.
